Bente Engesland

Bente Engesland, CEO of BCW Oslo, is responsible for BCW’s business in Norway and for a multi-disciplined staff serving clients across industries. She is an innovative and results-oriented business leader in communication, business development, strategy and brand building across industries.  She has a proven track record of developing high-performance teams. Her many years of experience translates to strong competencies within energy, climate change, sustainability, media, digitalisation and hi-tech sectors.

Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe merged in 2018 and BCW is now the third-largest full-service communication and PR agency in the world. Bente Engesland has been the moderator/speaker at various high-level events in Norway and internationally spanning all industries since 2008.  She was the Keynote Speaker at the annual NHO conference (The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise) in 2000, 2007 and 2008.
