Executive Growth Circles

EGA members use proven Power of Peers methodology to address real world challenges and scale innovation opportunities during Executive Growth Circles.

These are half day sessions in which 4-12 selected members facing common challenges meet locally or virtually to:

  • Share perspectives, learnings and experience
  • Explore, challenge and agree on action to accelerate change, innovation, growth
  • Commit to application of learning through taking action
  • Gain accountability to apply learning in real world

Since future-readiness requires collaboration, outside of EGCs, members tap into the global community for resources, support, co-creation partners to accelerate their returns from EGA. A few of the Cases for which EGA members and their companies have benefitted include:

  • Co-creation of new revenue stream

  • Return on innovation investments

  • Shift in business model to create D2C recurring revenue

  • New customer insights and loyalty

  • Culture shift to develop open innovation learning environment
